as sad as it is you are right about everything in your post,tee shirts,the porsche guy getting railroaded ect,imo though if 2 guys are racing on thier own will and someone gets hurt or killed i dont think its fair to charge the other driver with manslaughter.im a big tapout fan and i liked mask alot but its not like the other driver wanted the other driver to die,its an ego thing,the guy in the porsche was prolly just trying to impress his girl by racing the ferrari,and mask was prolly doing the same, ive had sports cars all my life and everyone who owns a sports car thinks they got the fastest car around,ego,s get people killed when your behind the wheel of a car thats built for extreme speed and performance imo.all in all noone wins in these situation,the guy in the porsche going to jail aint gonna bring mask back and im sure the guy in the porsche is prolly soaking in guilt as we speak cause hes thinking if he would have chose not to race the ferrari a man would still be alive today instead of dead,thats how i would feel anyway,r.i.p. mask

When my uncle bought his Testarossa he and my dad, me and my brother took the Bob Boudurant driving course at Ontario Raceway. Back then it was $1400. It was fun as heck. We got to chase and try to catch their driver then he had to try catch you. We had my mom 280z and we drove one of their limos. You learn some stuff but it was the fact you got to drive fast and skid and all that shit

TMZ has confirmed the owner of the TapouT MMA clothing line died this morning when his ultra-rare $300,000 Ferrari crashed into a light pole, ripping the car in half.

TMZ has learned Charles Lewis Jr. -- aka "Mask" -- was driving his Ferrari Modena in Orange County, Calif. around 1:00 AM this morning when cops say it "left the roadway, hit the curb, took out a light pole."

"Mask" was declared dead at the scene. A female passenger -- who was ejected from the crash -- was taken to a local hospital, but we're told she's in bad shape.

Cops believe "Mask" was racing a guy in a Porsche at the time of the crash, and authorities have since arrested the guy they believe was driving the other car. That man -- Jeffrey David Kirby -- is being held on suspicion of gross vehicular manslaughter.
