yeah there was a time,..many stone ages ago. I was 218 pounds, abs, strong, big used to walk around the beach tanned up smokin a cigar. Good times. Now just change the 1 and the 8 around in the weight and change smoking a cigar to eating burger king

Francois came to my old gym in just that shape once...they don't make them like that anymore.
