Training pretty hard I can lose more than 20 per month, eating 100-200gr of protein per day and raw vegetables. NOTHING ELSE (Multivitamin-mineral, calcium etc...just pills haha)
A woman can burn maybe 2000kcal per day, and 1kg of fat is 9000kcal. 4-5 days to burn one kg of pure fat, so 6 per month and of course u lose some water with it (20% of fat storage is water). Water on glycogen of course is faster weight lose, but it's around 1.5kg, not more. It's possible, but HARD HARD diet.
So, 6+1.5+2.4 (20%of 6)= 9.9kg. Hard but possible. But, not only no carbs, no fats aswell I think. No calories, just protein (and not tons)
