So you claim, so you claim...

Oh well, it's hard to argue against a monster of ripped muscle such as our asian giant here though.

Yep. Short tempered and mood swings.

I'm a part time dieter. Diet threw the week and on weekends eat whatever. I notice when I hit thurs-friday I really hit the wall. Then on sat and sunday I feel a lot better.(junk)

Dieting is tough shit for me. Doubt I could go 8 full weeks of low carbs sanely.

Absolute number of calories was not my point. If you adjust your food intake to maintain a certain rate of weight loss (whatever that means in total "calories"), I don't think it matters if you go low carb or not.
Calories are very important, but also hormonal response... Maybe carbs are more dangerouse in order to insuline but also better for healthy liver... It's hard, if not, everybody would be ripped XD

All recent studies I know of show that insulin release patterns have absolutely no effect on body composition whatsoever.
It's not hard to get ripped at all, in fact it's very easy.

low carb diets work very well for me. depends, however, on how carb-sensitive YOU are.

make sure you feel full.
eat veggies, take in healthy fats.

but do NOT smack your ho up!

Do you train any kind of sport? or just weights? Maybe after 3 hours cycling u would be crazy for carbs... Is it also easy for you to be big? Then we have the new Mr.O.

Haha, one could argue that I'm not really an expert in getting big ;D
But getting lean is easy if you just follow some simple rules.

Ok, then "for me it's not easy". And for many people I know, it's hard to follow that rules also. Use to happen that people who grows easily have a hard time getting ripped and the opposite... Just one opinion

Couldn't someone just take prescription drugs to counteract emotional swings? Xanax, Vikes etc. I mean if they are already taking steroids, why not?
