switch you routine up. if you always do heavy weight for low reps, switch it up and lighten it up a bit and go a bit higher reps...just focus on feeling it in the muscle. if you normally go hiigher reps, then pile on a bit more weight and go heavy in a lower rep range.

Run a search on here for chest exercises, if your not feeling it in your chest(that pump) then your not doing enough reps/sets or your technique could be off(too many variables in your post to write on). This board is gold if your just willing to "dig" for it.

Do a shit load of Isolation work first.cable crossover, dumbbell flyes, pec deck machine.then hit the bench.you won't lift as much weight but push yourself.do drop sets.and forced reps.you will be sore as hell the next day.

I think you have some options to overcome your plateau,

one, take a break

tow, change your exercises and routine

three, reduce the weight and do higher repetitions.

heres my take on it.... eat more, rest more, train with less frequency( train it once per week, but hammer it when you do)

youl probly take no notice and try some crazy new routine with 7 rest pauses then holds with tripple drops blah blah blah

Whenever you come to a plateau, look for a weak link.  Do this by stetching the whole area and looking for any postural distortions.  Where there's a tightness, there's a weakness.  Stretch that, train that, then watch the strong links take a boost forward.
