What were your ingredients? What did you do? Maybe some of us can help.
I bought two pounds of meat, not sure what kind, nothing special though, the 4.99$ a pound stuff. Chopped them up real into real small pieces. Then I put them in the pan with some non stick cooking spray(maybe I should have used olive oil?), cooked them slowly, drained the fat and added fajita mix and let it cook slowly for a half hour more or so, I also added a bit of water. I did the same with a green pepper and an onion and they turned out fine. I also bought sour cream and lettuce cuz I thought I was cooking for two but a situation arose so I ate alone, and I don't eat that stuff. They turned out too fajita tasting if that makes sense. Tender and moist, but too tangy

Btw, it was the first time I cooked in ten years, no lie. I get Outback takeout about 5 nights a week and dine out the rest with an occasional BK tendergrill sandwich thrown in the mix. So I was not too disappointed, I just need some more practice is all.
