I love this no longer than 45 minutes shit they spew nowadays..............ri diculous!!

People got soft and lazy......what are you gonna` turn into a fucking pumpkin if you train for 46 minutes or an hour and 46 minutes??

Train hard, heavy for the reps you`re shooting for, rest less between sets,eat,drink,sleep/rest according to your activity levels.

Amen!

How could anyone, especially a natural train 2 hours a day with any amount of intensity?
Completely agree.  45 mins to an hour tops for me depending on how many bodyparts.

Irrelevant anyway, the time spent in the gym doesn't mean anything.

But intensity does and as they say, you can't sprint a mile, 45 intense minutes are more worthwhile than 2 hours of larifari blahblah.

I usually need double that because my results are best when my rest times are longer.

Everything I have read goes again this, everyone says max of an hour 45 min, intense and finish. What say you?

Yes, but that dictates rest and good nutrition as well as a gradual increase of training volume.

this "under-eating" stuff is total bull and dangerous advice.

natural training: short and brutal* (vs. long and moderate) is the way to go.

2 hours with brutal intensity may be possible once in a while when you're fully rested and your circadian rhythm hits a high. such days feel great, but they are rare. don't forget: you should also be able to recover from such a workout in a reasonable period of time (in my case 7 days each muscle).

your growth hormone levels will probably peak within the first hour of intense training. if you train longer than that, you will have to pace yourself. So train like a 100 meter dash sprinter who does not need to pace himself. short and brutally intense. then leave the gym, be productive and enjoy life.

* if I may add: "brutal" does not mean toss around weights and grunt like a lovesick rhino

This is very true. I've always judged by bar speed. If the first few lifts have little or no "pop" to them, I know it's either a maintenance day or a skip.

totaly agree 100%,,,,,,,,,,,, fucking hate those days

I never train for more than an hour for the reasons mentioned before and the fact that my chronic insomnia puts me in a state of permanent exhaustion and I simply don't have the energy to do it.

why not ?

if one eats enough calories, I believe it shouldn't be a problem

It's nothing to do with eating, more to do with your nervous system. For most people 2 hours would be pointless. But everyone is different.

Chest/back/legs i find 3 sets to failure in total is enough i can tell the 4th is pointless.

I did 2 hour sessions when i was in my teens, not a huge amount of sets but it seemed to take longer then now i can get through stuff so much quicker. Maybe fitness level

I never time my workouts.

I know what i have to do and i rest as long as i feel necessary between sets. I laugh at these people who finish a set then quickly look at the time and then exactly 90secs later they do their next set.

An average workout for me is probably in the vicinity of 60 mins or so...
No doubt about it...

Sydney Funnel Web?

Had one in the bottom of the pool like a few months ago. They sink to the bottom of the pool, stay there, then when you swim over them they swim up and bite you.

How?

What do you do (sets/reps/exercises) that allows you to do a full workout in 20mins?

i do 4 sets for reps anywhere between 4-12.

after first set i rest maybe minute/minute and half , then after every set that follows i increase rest time.

Actually they do.

They're able to survive underwater because air is trapped by tiny hairs on their abdomen and they breathe though lungs located on the undersurface of the abdomen.
