I fucking love coffee. I start the day with a mug with 2 heaped spoons of instant coffee. Then depending on how much time I have I'll get another 3-4 during the day and maybe a couple from my espresso machine in the evenings. Sooo good

In the good days before ephedra was banned.
Now only. quad espresso...couple times a day.

i don't think i could face my hour long drive to work without my mug of coffee by my side.

Usually just one cup, occasionally a second on the drive back to perk me up for the gym.

Yes I drink decaf... you are right, it isn't as good as real coffee, but I like the flavor...

oh gosh yea im a coffee drinker..cup on the way to the gym at 5am..grab a medium at Dunkin on the way to work and sometimes a small coffee in the afternoon but not often

I like tea more in the morning but I usually make my tea with 4-5 tea bags and it must be Tetley british blend with some carnation condensed milk. I like coffee during the afternoon with half and half no sugar and sometimes strictly black just for that bitter coffee taste.

I got one of these things on ebay... fucking awesome, makes everything, coffee, capuccino, moccacino, tea, etc. etc. best thing is the drinks come in little packets, you just add water/steam.

Yeah I run about a liter of black coffee a day. It's also my pre-workout drink. Iced, sometimes with a scoop of one of the mint and chocolate protein powders in it.

a small amount of caffiene daily actually has health benefits more s than it has any damage to ones health. thus it could be considered healthy. however moderate consumption of alcohol, for exampl the often touted one glass of red wine once or twice a week, is not at all "healthy" in of that its a poison to the body and the very smal benefits one gets from red wine are massively outweighed by all tthe negatives.

Coffee is not dangerous and it is a great way to help regulate alertness as needed.
