Bad luck Kyomu - you look great regardless of what happened and don't let it get you down for your next contest. You've made some awesome improvements and can only go onto better things - keep training hard and enjoy it. I've got all this to come when I compete later on this year.

Right now I've been slacking with my diet and training but this is really inspirational. I want to hit the gym but I looked outside after waking up and there's a fuck ton of snow!
