yes ...but all my bills are paid
so, i'm broke in the sense that i can't buy a new pair of kicks but i have my rent and car note paid

thankfully, i have a father who feels guilty for not being around for me during my childhood so he makes up for it by giving me 500 bucks every couple of weeks

man, i dont know anyone that is affected by the recession, even my online mates are doing ok, has the media just hyped it up

Not really.....

Now's a pretty good time to be a Real Estate Agent. Lots of people who can no longer afford their homes are selling, cheaper properties are selling like hot cakes, more expensive homes aren't selling as well but still are selling and rich people are buying to get their hands on some "bargains".....
