i think phil heaths triceps may have partly been due to a decade and a half of dribbling a basketball for hours a day at times. dribbling is like all triceps. expecially if your playing against someone who is pretty good and fast, then you could be dribbling pretty hard too.

all those years of super high repeptition dribbling may have somehow "primed" his triceps in a way (so to speak), so that they respond much better than they woudl have,

Toney's arms are half the size of Dennis'.

I believe that it really is between Kai, Dex and Phil.

Vic and Jay will look soft next to these three.

Although, the Olympia doesn't always award conditioning (See Melvin placing above silvio)

thnaks. i was dribbling today when i wasplaying "skateboard horse".

it think the phil we saw at the mr. 08 would get beat by the kai we saw at the 2009 arnold. back thickness and legs on kai makes the difference.

but i dont think phil is going to look the same as last year. so we will see.

Most good ball handlers have great tris, take a look at the NCAA's. I guy in college told me that.
