Vic does have a better chest, width and back but Phil has better conditioning.

Phil placed 5th on during his 1st Arnold and that was it, Phil took second to Dexter in 08 during the Arnold. Vic only beat Phil once and that was in 07 when he was a rookie. :)Correct me if I'm wrong. But they only competed against each other once.

Vic was about 95% Like I told people before, He can't hold his conditioning.

victor lost to kai only because of his unbalanced quads and not for any other reason.. check the pre-judging videos to know that victor was better in everything except legs..
