I've been waiting to put this one up.

Assuming that both make it to the Olympia stage, Kai Green will place higher than Phil Heath...(There, I said it).
Neither will be Mr. O this year...Both are KEY players in the O this year.

I can put up many reason's why Kai is better than Phil and I can also put up just as many why Phil is better than Kai, but it comes down to it. I think Kai will be better than Phil.

I ask that you keep all talk about grapefruit out of this thread...Thanks

Victor's genetics are superior to both and look what happened. You can say Vic was off but then you can say Kai was off also.

Phil will not be able to match Kai's conditioning. He will bring the size of this years Arnold and condition of 08's New York Pro...Game over.

Come one Vic was barely off. Kai's condition just made him look that bad.

Vic was about 95% Like I told people before, He can't hold his conditioning.

I saw no gyno. IMO Kai should get no bigger. He should just improve his conditioning and he's money.
He's bigger than Phil, better condition, better poser. Phil has better structure....that's it.

Vic only beat Phil when it was Phil rookie year at the Arnold. Phil's conditioning is far superior to Vics. Vic is maxed out, Phil keeps on improving muscularly. Vic doesn't stand a chance against Phil Heath anymore. JMO, please no need for childish name calling. Some say Vics got a better back and chest, but Phil is still in his 20's and is still improving on those so called "weak points" of his(they really weren't). This is Phils 3rd year as a pro, far from maxed out and placing 3rd at his 1st Olympia.

I'm a fan of Phil I just like Kai better.

Phil reminds me of a guy that's had everything given to him and was annointed the next Mr. Olympia and that shit before he ever stepped on a pro stage. Magazine coverage out the ass etc...
(I'm sure he's had to work hard)

Kai has had a tough life, worked his ass off to live his dream and has finally made as one of the best. It will be Rags vs. Riches and Rags will win. Kai is willing to go to crazy lengths to win. I admire that. At the end of the day barring injury or health to either bodybuilder. Kai will stand with a Sandow before Heath.

Phil is relatively new, with a way shorter competition history, so it's a bit harder to get a read on him. Things staying the same, Kai's conditioning should give him the nod.

I think Vic vs. Phil is a good match up now that Phil has made those gains. BTW Vic beat Phil in his 1st and 2nd year in the Arnold. 07 and 08

Vic does have a better chest, width and back but Phil has better conditioning.

I think Phil is very humble. I agree with you on the Kai thing, it was really cool seeing him with the Arnold. I wasn't too much of a fan before of Kai's, but I am now. Everyone is pretty hard on Kai because of his past, but everyone does things they regret. It's not like he was selling drugs or killing people he hustled to get cash the legal way. Kai keeps on improving as well, I think a 100% Kai vs. 100% Phil would be a tough call, this years O is going to be the best in some time if Jay comes in shape for once.
