It was actually smaller, there were pics posted when he competed in Britain and had to have a a pin on his posing trunks because they were too big.

If he had bigger legs and guns, it would have really showed off his taper.

Alledgedly, Flex Wheeler claimed a 27 inch waist. I think that was when he first tunred pro. He has the same type of physique that Brian b. had. As does Melvin Anthony, and Jojo Ntiforo, who is from Ghana.

The problem their physiques (Flex, Melvin) is that they turn to shit when they get bigger, and they lose their conditioning. Their genetics call for being lighter than the mass monsters, but Melvin seems not to realize that.

That's what happens when ecto-morphs get big they keep those tiny joints and narrow waist , however most have narrow clavicles as well , I wouldn't doubt Flex waist was that small at the beginning , Sergio had supposedly a 29" waist but he's almost pure mesomorph

Ronnie had a super tiny waist like Brian when he was first starting out we all know how that turned out

Come on, ND ... I'm not a Ronnie fan ... but cut the man some slack for christ sake. He had a pretty damn good Bodybuilding career.

Ronnie looked beautiful at those lighter weights.

I can believe B. Buchanan had a 27" waist, at least when he did a vacuum. But I can't believe Flex Wheeler had such a small waist, when he turned pro or even years before. If that were true, his legs should be bigger than his stomach.
