Nope. I do the OED raises. Truly. I do. One-legged raises for 20+ 1st set, then less.  When I get down to 6 reps, I start doing deep repsX 80 - pain city.  :)

big enough, once a week.  Legs have never been a problem for me, still trying to bring out my arms tho. :(

I train them 2-3 times a week. I love training them. The first time i ever went to the gym i trained calves along with chest.  8)

I think they're big but its useless for me to measure them now because I am fat.  I am dieting down so I will report back once I am in respectable shape, thus an accurate measurment of the muscle will be possible.
