This is my 8th week on diet and I eat about 75-100 grams of Carbs and about 200 grams of protein while I eat minimum amount of fat around 30 grams.  Everything is running smoothly with me

You sure the taste isn't due to ketosis?

here is what I am doing right now

Meal 1 6 whole Omega-3 eggs
Meal 2 8oz chicken with 1/2 cup raw almonds
Meal 3 50g whey with 2 tablespoons all natural peanutbutter
Meal 4 8oz salmon with 1 cup asparagus with 1 tablespoon macadamia nut oil
Meal 5 50 g whey with 2 tablespoon PB
Meal 6 6 whole eggs

That seems a bit low by what he normally recommends.  What is/was your starting weight and what weight are you shooting for?

The one he hands out for a 200lb man is like 5 whole Omega eggs + 4 egg whites as meal 1, protein shakes and ANPB for meal 2 and 4, lean chicken and cashews for meal 3, meal 5 fatty meat meal (which yours looks exactly like what he suggests), meal 6 protein shake + ANPB or more eggs.

FIRST TWO DAYS
Meal 1: 6 eggwhites scrambled w/3 whole eggs.

Meal 2: Low Carb Protein Shake w/2 Tablespoons of Almond Butter

Meal 4: Same as Meal 3

Meal 5: Same as Meal 2

Meal 6: 8-10oz of Sirloin w/salad (oil & vinegar dressing)

Second Two Days
Meal 1: 12 scrambled egg whites

Meal 2: Low Carb Protein Shake

Meal 3: 6-8oz of Chicken Breast with 1/2 cup of broccoli/asparagus

Meal 4: Same as Meal 3

Meal 5: Same as Meal 2

Meal 6: 8 oz Sirloin Steak w/salad

1 Cheat Meal on either Saturday/Sunday..

I dont get any !

Palumbo recommends that people buy his supplement "Fiberlyze" but I don't know, it seems like I don't have any constipation problems

You're going to have GI issues eventually, either eat some veggies or use a supplement.

I use a fiber supplement that I bought at Sam's Club called BeneFiber, its a tasteless powder that you can mix in a beverage or shake.
