the 6 eggs in the morning every day... the shakes, the chicken, tuna, salmon, beef, etc... just some nuts and some green stuff...

palumbo's diet is awesome.  I am 9 weeks out, and way ahead of schedule.  As far as doing lots of cardio, I'm only doing 45min right now and am still losing weight.  It all depends on how lean you were when you started the diet, and your metabolism, etc.  I did start off at 45 min though and have been eating 6 meals.  I've lost roughly 35 lbs so far and i started dieting 15 wks out.

yeah exactly, I started out as a fat fuck that's why I need to do more cardio

The irony is, Palumbo sees himself as sort of health guru.  He basically stole the idea of the Keto diet and just renamed it after himself.

Yes this self styled health guru (euphemism for drug addict) has one of the most hideous and disproportionate physiques in the business!

You need to shut the fuck up with your inaccurate comments.  Dave didn't steal the idea of the keto diet.  He read on it for many years, and modified certain aspects of the diet to make it more healthy.  You might be right with your opinion of his physique, but what the fuck have you done in this sport besides sit behind a keyboard typing bullshit??

how about the mars diet, all days high protein, only carbs (oats) in the morning, healthy fats in the form of fish fish and fish. and in the weekend go loose and eat and drink the fuck you want.

The eggs are the most boring part of the diet.  God, I get tired of scrambling them. I wish I had a recipe to use the microwave that didn't result in them tasting like rubber chew toys.

Add some fresh chilli and shallots to your eggs. Try poaching them and having them with asparagus (though only british asparagus is worth eating and only if it is very fresh). Or add cream when scrambling.  Or buy nice eggs.   ::)
