I agree. The MLB fixed this game so the Sox could only be down 7 games in the east, and up 6 games instead of 5 games on the Rangers. Bad call? Yes. Fixed? Come on. |

What in the world does ESPN (or anyone) gain by fixing a random end of the season game that has little to no impact on the playoff race? I agree that it was a poor call, but I don't buy into the whole "fixed" thing. |

That makes no sense. Redsox fans watched the game on TV, why would they go to ESPN.COM, after? ESPN.COM has been promoting that site via TV and radio for months. They also brought in local beat writers with a large follwing. It wasn't fixed my friend. A bad call? Def. |
