Great upper body.  Legs could be a bit bigger but thats not a new issue for Troy (so not sure the age thing applies).  Overall great look.  Just needs to nail his conditioning.

glutes are the least important muscle of all.  who gives a fuck if he has ripped glutes beside the schmoes?  they shouldnt even count glutes in the judging.
