you look great!  your structure can hold a lot of muscle. could look amazing in a couple of years.

i belong in the heavies. i made the light-heavies by a hair this year (197.8) cut off is 198  :o

trust me i plan to make a nice jump of 10 pounds for my next showing, time...i got it, ill use it  ;)

no, all my previous shows were as a Junior.
this was the men's open. (Light Heavyweight Category)
there were 12 of us, and on the night of the show the top 3 are announced only.

didnt bother to go see the judges afterward to inquire about my placing, its gonna be
published any day now online.

i had a great experience anyways, came in 20 lbs heavier than my last show in 2006, and
got the loudest response of the night on my routine...i walked away happy, regardless of not
making top 3.

besides, youngest in the category, with a frame that belongs in the heavyweights in years to come...
i knew it would be an uphill battle, its all good man!

Great job! Amazing transformation from 10 weeks out.  :D
