Like i did when i started lifting weights seriously...
I remember i made gains very fast, so i was wondering if it was just because by body was "fresh" and grew or because my body responds to volume.
Im gonna try it for one week and see from there.
For example i will do
chest: i normally do 4 exersices for 3 sets each ---> now 6 for 3 sets
back: the same
shoulders: 3for3 for shoulders and 1 for traps ---> 4-5for3 for shoulders and 1 for traps
arms: bis-tris, 3for3 / 3for3 each ---> 4-5for3 sets each.
legs: the same.
