Partial deads 3 sets
T bar rows  3sets
Nautilus pullover  3 sets
Hammer rows 3 sets
Lat machine pulldowns 3 sets
Shrugs 4 sets (either BB or DB...depends)
Cable lateral raise  3 sets
Side lateral machine  3 sets
rear delt machine 3 sets
upright rows  3 sets
8-12 reps for everything
