joint strengthening (shoulders)
« on: March 29, 2009, 07:48:19 PM »
I am getting into pretty heavy bench, don't have an injury but I don't want to strain my shoulder again, I do this exercises where your arms are at 90 degrees your seated and your elbows stay put but the dumbell goes up and down. I don't know what its called but does anyone know any other exercises or routine of exercises to prevent shoulder joint injury?

I think you are referring to internal/external rotation. Good exercise to warm up/strengthen rotator cuffs. There are a few others you could do too. I believe Coach posted some up a while ago. Just have a quick search.....
No doubt about it...
