Try taking a couple of days off and eating big. Possible sign of over training. As Meso said - think of summer and all that jazz

Thanks.  Do you have a link to the Cutler video in your avatar?  I think that is the video I have been looking for.  They made one of Jay and one of Ronnie a few years back.

Take 1 or 2 weeks off, away from any training. You body is trying to tell you something, as well as your mind. Think of it has a mini vacation for both body and mind. Hitting The Wall happens to most of us, and without warning. Usual cause is time. Meaning too much time training during a week and less time for recovery. Have to let the body catchup and recover/heal from too many hard workouts.

Changing gyms, though extreme, has worked for a lot of people who may actually be bored at their gym and with the others training there. At times, new surrounding can make a world of difference in training attitudes. Not saying this is the case with Calfzilla, just a thought. When Calfzilla decides to return to training he might want to map out a whole new training program (and diet) for himself. With the suggestion of reduced workout time in a gym.

I live around San Diego, most of the time good weather and all that.  A beach culture, so there is a lot of motivation to look your best with all the prime women overflowing here (have been getting a great crop of Asian babes lately..that is a blessing). Also the beach culture is a body culture, most guy's always want to look in top shape who hang around here. Good Luck.

Change your workout schedule.  I always feel more motivated when I've got a fresh routine to do.  Also, get on iTunes and download some new music.  Listening to the same stuff every workout is boring, a couple of new albums will get you going again.

Ronnie's vids are great motivators.

On bench day - check out Big Ron's bench vids to get fired up.
Leg day - Watch Ronnies insane squat vids

While you may never match those numbers you'd be motivated to do a little better when you hit the gym

Incidentally having a cute chick in the gym working out close to you will give a nice boost to  your workout.  ;D

A lot of times when I lose my sense of motivation, it's usually because my energy levels are pretty low due to  the constant intense workouts I put myself through.  You have to listen to your body because you might be putting too much stress on it (overtraining). Taking 3-4 days off usually does the trick for me.

If it's not that, than you just might not have it in you to put forth all the effort it takes all the time.  You have to be absolutely positively ADDICTED to the feeling you get while working out first and foremost.  I don't believe the desire to want a fit body is enough for most people.  I just thoroughly believe that you literally must LOVE working out to be successful at it, just like any other sport or activity.
