My answer is simple:  Drop an unprepared Batman and an unprepared Superman in a ring and then multiply Batman by 100 million....the winner is Superman.

A prepared Batman would use any number of tactics to defeat Superman.  With Batman it's not always about fists, spinning backkicks and Batarangs.  Superman is very smart, but Batman is brilliant.....a master tactician.  The JL has already secured Apocalypse/Darkseid's boomtube tech.  With a prepared strategy Batman could boomtube Superman directly to the Source Wall, the area of the universe containing the radioactive remnants of Krypton, the heart of a red sun, etc....  Batman already carries the Kryptonite with him at all times to at least weaken Superman and that would be enough to set Batman's strategy into motion.  Remember Superman is Earth's most powerful hero, but he isn't the most powerful in the universe....certainly he's among the ranks of the most powerful though.  Batman would employ magic, alien tech, kryptonite, and every other weapon at his disposable.  Superman is also a solar battery in most respects.  Find a way to deny him yellow sun for long enough and he will weaken.   A tactician like Batman could produce a strategy enough to destory Superman in my opinion, but I think it might cost Batman his life in the process.

  Superman is quick witted. Just look at the scene in the 1979 Superman film when Superman deceives Luthor telling him that if the general Zod and his two lackeys were to enter that chamber, they would become vastly more powerful than they are. It was a trick. He knew Luthor would betray him and tell them to get into the chamber which was actually the chamber to remove power from Kryptonians.

I think the Hulk survived a megaton warhead once and the Hulk has one advantage; he has infinite potential becasue rage fuels his strength. Eventually he would reach a point where he would overpower even Superman.
