Just want to know what do you think of my workout.
Monday : Chest and 30 min Cardio Middle intensity
Thuesday : Legs and Calves and 15min Cardio low Intensity
Wensday :Rest
Thursday : Biceps and Shoulder and Cardio High Intensity 30 min
Friday : Rest
Saturday : Back and Triceps and Cardio 30min High Intensity
Sunday : Rest
