the arch is part of the sport of powerlifting, so get over it.

the board is tech. to improve the bench, like someone posted before some of you shirt or not could not even un-rack it.

it is not the same as sythnol in BB, because there is a separate division for geared lifters, there is not a separate sythnol BB division as of yet.

the squat was cool but it did not make depth, but again i probably could not walk out a rack with that weight.

Good post.  I have never heard an equipped powerlifter trying to say that it is the same as doing it raw.

well according to "mon of steele" you should be able to put a bench shirt on a bench and it should be able to bench 200 by itself. Roll Eyes
