This means that on the welfare rolls, both whites and asians are underrepresented by half, hispanics are slightly overreprensented, and blacks are massively overrepresented.   

Looks like the cliche of "Leroy or Tamika on welfare" ain't a cliche after all, huh?  Blacks are the ones on welfare disproportinate to their percentage of the population.

My purpose was to show that as a percentage of their respective populations, whites had low rates of welfare usage and blacks had high rates.  I didn't feel it necessary to quote the entire US Census on the board.

Seriously, prosecute the businesses and the illegals.  Napolitano was a stupid choice for DHS and I knew, having seen what she was like in AZ, that she would do this.  Obama doesn't have the balls to lose votes from all the illegals with a DL.  Illegals drain this country of federal aid and don't contribute enough.  CA alone wastes 8+ billion dollars on illegals.  That was one fifth of the overall debt in that state, not to mention all the ESL spending CA and AZ have to spend because Asians and Mexicans don't want to learn English.
