in the video and in the pics these are 2 totally different guys.

In the video its the british bodybuilder Zak Khan and i the pics it the "mysterious" Guy Shaffer with his photoshopped/"artistic" pics a while ago

Absolutely correct, heavy barbell bench press doesnt build a big chest for most

But it wasn't Saffer who was benching but is was zack khanand he is a fucking Monster so I can understand why he benches that hehe :)
