Here's mine

Day 1: Legs, Calves
Day 2: Arms, Abs
Day 3: Back
Day 4: Chest, Shoulders, Triceps
Day 5: Legs, Calves
Day 6: Arms, Abs
Day 7: Back
Day 8: Chest, Shoulders, Triceps
repeat lol

My day off is when I get done with my workout that day, sick, or when I sleep at night.

I always have one rest day inbetween my workouts, works much better for me.
I hate the State.

Anyone who can do chest and back on the same day is not training with intensity IMO. 

False. Super-set them. I used to do this routine except I wouldn't split chest and back, I would super-set it. Dear lord it destroyed me.

I'm not a sane person, I have to workout everyday to stay civilized. Pretty much stay out of jail. :)
