Keeps leg workouts fun doing it different ways. What leg routine are you working with?
Right now im trying something ive never done before.
On front quads I do 14 sets of squats and 3 sets of "sitting leg kicks" dont know the correct name but you understand.
I have never ever Ever been so damn sore in my legs after that workout lol. Only done this once, a few days ago.
On hams im gonna do 10 sets of stiffed deads and 3 sets of lying leg curl
