Thx for the post, there's hope for GetBig yet.

once you hit the muscle pretty good you need to let it recover, it you try to go the gym the next day and try to lift the same weights
you won't be able to do it because your muscles are damaged, growth happens while resting  ;)

and......  ;D

So if you went heavy the first day and the second going moderate to light. It wouldn't make a difference it would be still over training.

you get some blood in there and maybe speed up the healing process a little
but at the end it doesn't matter, it's all about how many times you damage and repair it
i work legs once a week, and i have bigger legs than most  ;D

Right now im trying something ive never done before.
On front quads I do 14 sets of squats and 3 sets of "sitting leg kicks" dont know the correct name but you understand.
I have never ever Ever been so damn sore in my legs after that workout lol. Only done this once, a few days ago.

On hams im gonna do 10 sets of stiffed deads and 3 sets of lying leg curl

After my leg training, i go home and split my gf's legs.

Does that count as 2 "routines"?  ???

Extra cardio depending on much you push yourself, yeah.  :) I think it targets the glutes and the hams more out of rest of the leg muscles.

If you say this, referring to the general population...I would agree.
But to those of us that actually lift, you look like you do a rock bottom box squat of maybe 135lbs.....

Yeah, the fat, the lack of definition, and being a greaseball don't help either.
