The Cavs are not a one man team. One man teams don't win 66 games. But his teammates are disapearing down the stretch in every game. Lebron didn't sit the entire second half and overtime which tells me that Mike Brown doesn't have much confidence in his bench players.

It's crazy to think that the Magic should be in the NBA Finals right now with a 4-0 sweep.

wow i never thought that..its funny..no one gave orlando the memo..they were supposed to loose

66 wins means fuck all without a ring, at this point seems like a wasted effort,  they failed.

in the regular season they were hitting 3's and defending, in the postseason there building fucken houses using a spalding ball, mo william was 0-3  from the 3 point line, in a game they really needed to win..

lebron is a motherfucken machine, his defending perimeter players and scoring 40+ i expect at least 60 in the next, i fucken guarantee it, motherfucken guarantee it.

if he has to score 60 points, then the Cavs will definitely lose the next game.

I agree with what most of you guys are saying regarding the cav's.But I don't get the whole series should be over by 4-0 sweep...I mean are you guys saying last second shot's shouldn't count?

They Cavs deserved to lose Game 2 and they should have. Hitting a 3 point shot to win a game at the end with 1 second left definitely counts for sure. But how many times is Lebron going to hit that shot in the same situation and with the same amount of time left and a catch and shoot? He didn't do it last night.....

The Cavs are lucky that they haven't been swept 4-0.

This could very easily have been the Cavs series.  Not much separating them from Orlando.  Orlando needed every single one of those 17 (or whatever) three pointers to win the game.

I know Stern must be worried.  A whole lot of people will not be watching a Magic v. Nuggets Finals, if that's the way it turns out, including me.

Stern's wet dream is a Lebron/Kobe NBA finals matchup. Still a possibility but seriously in doubt now.

I wouldn't mind watching Orlando vs. Nuggets in the Finals, though.

Me either.  It would be a ratings nightmare for the NBA.

I agree. It would be a very high scoring, entertaining series. I would tune in and i'm not a fan of either team.

it would definitely get chippy between Kenyon Martin and Dwight Howard down low.

i think denver orlando would be an interesting matchup

why does the nba always need big market or the "sexy matchup" for people to watch?

in the nfl you can have jacksonville play green bay for the super bowl and it would still be watched by everybody

Ratings, plain and simple. Lebron versus Kobe is a wet dream for David Stern and the NBA. He got his wish last year with Lakers/Celtics. The NBA has money problems like all major professional sports do these days and good ratings only help their cause.

Can someone please punch that doofus (Smith) in the mouth?  :)  I think Phil should bring in Mbenga and have him do a Derek Fisher on a couple of those guys.   :)

so most people really don't like basketball then, if you need big cities and big names to sell the game right?

i think Nike has invested millions in a Lebron VS Kobe battle, it would be hurtful to there pockets if Orlando and Denver were the last teams remaining.
