It's possible they were "allowed" but not because NORAD purposely let the planes go.  NORAD is a pretty big place and quite a lot of people are involved in what goes on there.  The defense posture on that day was for a soviet attack from the Atlantic not a domestic hijacking with intent to use the planes as weapons.

The "cover up" is about massive failures by our military and government.
NORAD exists for situations exactly like the events of 9/11.  It just does not pass the smell test.

I doubt it. Admittedly I only had a semester of it but it was enough. Danish is universally acknowledged to sound like shit and it is even worse when you understand some of it, which I unfortunately do; it makes pretty Scandinavian languages like Swedish look bad... :-X
I hate the State.

Maybe now.  But then absolutely not. It's whole defense posture was from attack by the Soviets from the Atlantic.

Why did the company - "controlled demolition' take all the debris away from ground Zero, before any, independent, metallurgists, chemical engineers, had a chance to inspect it for residues of any kind.

Same company came in to dispose of the left overs of the 'Alfred P. Murrah Federal '
for the same reason 'IMO'.

yeah, I think most people who take an honest look at the events of that day know something is fishy.

Even the two co-chairs of the 911 Commission want a new investigation. They're more pissed about pakistan paying Atta $100k (making it a conspiracy involving a govt)

Not really.
Director of Pakistani Intelligence (ISI), 'Lt. Gen. Mahmud Ahmed', was the gentleman in question.

That would be a bit like saying 'MI6' pulled some shenanigans in N.Ireland & blaming 'G.Brown'.
Dodgy, yes !! GOV involvement, no !!

there was lots of material. Hell even Steve Jones managed to get some.

I was waiting for the right time to post this.

Even Steve Jones has had to admit that the pools of metal under the trade center weren't steel.
Which is the fundamental point of his argument.

The conspiracy once again goes flat on its face.
Don't worry though all you little CT'ers someone else will make a slightly plausible story about what happens with no direct proof.
http://journalof911studies.com/volume/200609/WhyIndeedDidtheWorldTradeCenterBuildingsCompletelyCollapse.pdf
Notice that the molten metal (probably not steel alone; see discussion below) was flowing down
in the rubble pile early on; so it is not the case that the molten metal pools formed due to
subterranean fires after the collapses.

http://wtc.nist.gov/pubs/factsheets/faqs_8_2006.htm
11. Why do some photographs show a yellow stream of molten metal pouring down the side of WTC2 that NIST claims was aluminum from the crashed plane although aluminum burns with a white glow?

NIST reported (NCSTAR 1-5A) that just before 9:52 a.m., a bright spot appeared at the top of a window on the 80th floor of WTC 2, four windows removed from the east edge on the north face, followed by the flow of a glowing liquid. This flow lasted approximately four seconds before subsiding. Many such liquid flows were observed from near this location in the seven minutes leading up to the collapse of this tower. There is no evidence of similar molten liquid pouring out from another location in WTC 2 or from anywhere within WTC 1.

Photographs, and NIST simulations of the aircraft impact, show large piles of debris in the 80th and 81st floors of WTC 2 near the site where the glowing liquid eventually appeared. Much of this debris came from the aircraft itself and from the office furnishings that the aircraft pushed forward as it tunneled to this far end of the building. Large fires developed on these piles shortly after the aircraft impact and continued to burn in the area until the tower collapsed.

NIST concluded that the source of the molten material was aluminum alloys from the aircraft, since these are known to melt between 475 degrees Celsius and 640 degrees Celsius (depending on the particular alloy), well below the expected temperatures (about 1,000 degrees Celsius) in the vicinity of the fires. Aluminum is not expected to ignite at normal fire temperatures and there is no visual indication that the material flowing from the tower was burning.

Pure liquid aluminum would be expected to appear silvery. However, the molten metal was very likely mixed with large amounts of hot, partially burned, solid organic materials (e.g., furniture, carpets, partitions and computers) which can display an orange glow, much like logs burning in a fireplace. The apparent color also would have been affected by slag formation on the surface.

That is not a question I need to answer since the 9-11 commission and NIST has already covered this.

It is up to you the conspiracy theorists to come up with one plausible theory that actually has some burden of proof connect to it.

Wing nut theories don't mean much.

For example prove that Atta was working for the CIA and was being paid to plan 9-11.
Prove that there was someone planting explosives.
Prove that the planes were controlled by remote control.

Prove something.

As I already stated Steven Jones has been proved wrong.
The remote control and missile theories are also proved wrong.

The most plausible thing is that the FBI wanted to wire tap Americans leading up to 9-11 and were denied.
Therefore the terrorists planning 9-11 within the US could do so under a cloak of secrecy. Thankfully Bush fixed this.

It appears that congress was trying to push trough some bills that would have allowed for closer surveillance of the people that perpetrated this act, but they were denied by Judges and some members of congress.

My theory is that 19 people boarded 4 planes and hijacked them. 2 hit the towers. 1 hit the pentagon and 1 hit Pennsylvania.

Kazakhstan is ethnically and culturally diverse, in part due to mass deportations of many ethnic groups to the country during Stalin's rule. Kazakhs are the largest group, followed by Russians. Kazakhstan allows freedom of religion, and many different beliefs are represented in the country. Islam is the primary religion, followed by Orthodox Christianity. Kazakh language has the status of the "state" language, while Russian is declared the "official" language and used in everyday business.[9][10]

Kyrgyzstan: Official languages Kyrgyz (State), Russian (Official)[1]

The Uzbek language is the only official state language.[43] The Tajik language is widespread in the cities of Bukhara and Samarqand because of their relatively large population of ethnic Tajiks.[44] Russian is still an important language for interethnic communication, especially in the cities, including much day-to-day technical, scientific, governmental and business use. Russian is the main language of over 14% of the population and is spoken as a second language by many more.[citation needed] The use of Russian in remote rural areas has always been limited, and today school children have no proficiency in Russian even in urban centers.

Turkmen is the official language of Turkmenistan (per the 1992 Constitution), although Russian still is widely spoken in cities as a "language of inter-ethnic communication". Turkmen is spoken by 72% of the population, Russian 12%, Uzbek 9%, and other languages 7%.[3]

Seriously, go back to school and get an education. Belgium and Switzerland should have hit you right in the face for France (never mind Africa and Latin America as well as Asia) and all he -stans should have hit you in the face for Russian. Embarrassing for you that is...

MORON...THese "nations" many of which are break away republics of Russia or former French colonies don't speak Russsian or French as their primary language...your own statistics show 4%, 9% 20 %  yadda yadda. These countries had/have their own languages and the few who do speak other languages are those most effected by the colonization of their nation by France or Russia. THe Vietnamese DO NOT SPEAK FRENCH despite the French colonizing their nation until the Vietnamese kicked their asses out. The same has been done in Haiti where Patoi is the language which is a combination of French, Spanish and English...what did the Haitians speak before the INVADERS came??? And even Patoi is hard to understand by the French. Russian is spoken in a few former satellite nations in what is now eastern Europe...thanks to the colonization, but there are many people who still speak their original tongue in those lands. and as they seperate themselves more from their former occupiers, they return to their original tongues.

Nonetheless this argument has gone away from the topic which is ACTIVE THERMITE into stupefying argument started over a clown not liking the Danish language... Back to the topic..
