i was going to put dillet but excluded him because his biceps was good but not grat as the others.. no it's about biceps only and not the whole arm..

I just did that list up randomly, even though all those guys have outstanding biceps. I think there are others who are just as good, like Phil Heath, Larry Scott, Paul De Mayo, Mike Francois, Dean Caputo, Sergio Oliva etc.

Plus, Arnold did it at 225lbs with a tiny waist.  Yeah there are guys today with bigger arms, but they are also 50 - 100 lbs heavier and with a waist to match

Very good point!!!!!! Today there are guys with bloated stomachs and huge waists......... also a ton of synthol use by these water buffaloes.

Coe, Robinson, Pastel, Clairmonte, Chuck Williams and Larry Scott.

Lee Priest, Darrem Charles, Albert Beckles to name a few more.
