I dont say Centopani owns bad physic. But regardless of supersets or straight set, his mental intensity was really low in that video. Not like watching Dorians Blood &Guts or Branch Warrens training. 0 tension there.

intensity isnt somehting you can always see. just because dorian yates was yelling in a video, doesnt mean he was lifting intensly, and just because evan wasnt grunting and screaming and acting a fool, doesnt mean he wasnt lifting intensly.
