that is the story, although facts are that is impossible. an olympic athlete years ago was tested at negative 1.5 percent. this is also obviously impossible.

No, but unless you assume people just lie as their default position the onus is on the accuser to provide some evidence, purpose and motivation. I don't why he would lie. If everything is true is really doesn't raise his status or help him in any way. The only person to benefit most would be Arthur Jones. Casey had a very volatile relationship with Jones and my impression was that he respected Jones but didn't particularly like him. In fact, I don't think very many people liked Jones on a personal level.

mentzer speaks about this in his heavy duty book, he says casey was juced to the gills on dbol for the whole experiment.

even so, it is a remarkable improvement. 63 lbs

ellington darden has a book out called bigger muscles in 42 days - his guy put on 34.25lbs in that time - clearly on gear. so there is no way casey wasn't on something.

6'3 can have 18 inch naturally at 12% ,,usually on stage its gonna be ~ 17 inch at 6%,,naturally

if your arms are your strongest body part you can pull another half inch on the mesurment told especially while pumped

Casey trained the whole body 3 times a week under the supervision of arthur jones and reached supberb results for only one month training. Most people advocate that one should even train more if you take steroids... I guess Casey along with Jones proved this statement wrong. I guess High Intensity Training works after all. Some people also say that it doesn't matter what kind of training you practice when you're taking steroids and growth hormones and these people still choose the high volume approach instead of doing it the low volume way.

btw, someone mentioned that Viator doesn't favor HIT anymore... what's his opinion on the correct training nowadays?
