Testosterone base, with maybe a secondary compound such as deca as the mainstay, but for many test is the main factor. Dont forget, that for many, being 'off' is 500mg per week of cyp.

Other compounds to be cycled - depending on what is being done at that time of year - ie: dianabol/oxys/tren during a strength phase; tren/test for many over eight weeks when peaking for the type of show in question, with cheque drops on the day; some guys still run the methyl-tri but most have fucked it off.

Surprisingly - or not - most guys I advise do not practice crazy polypharmacy, preferring instead to simply stick with about five compounds - using only one, two or three at any time - which I believe is far more conducive to gains rather than stacking everything but the kitchen sink as per Borresens bullshit methods.

GH for those that can afford it is run by many at 10iu per day, with some continentals cycling far higher if the cash is there; still seeing Novo Norditrophin, but many are using the cheap Hyge with good results.

Now, moving on, which part thereof was speculative?

Just out of interest, I mean, for one who doesnt have the information [for example] re: the printers bills, contract manufacturers or Trevor Smith, then it might appear speculative.

The same is true for Paul overdosing on diverted Morphine.

Thus, is it the case that you do not have said information in these areas? which is fine, and any such ignorance would explain the flawed conclusion you have arrived at.

It has always made sense to me to keep the number of compounds being used at anyone time minimal, thus making the monitoring of the pharmacology much easier.  I am personally contemplating the year long cycle seriously, I have been off for well over 6 months now and will be formulating a plan of attack in the very near future....it is a toss up between 'full bore' year long or '4on 4off' TBH ???

For the year long I would propose a base of Test E and Eq, possibly switched to a Sust Type blend with NNP (cyp and nandrolone dec do not agree with me whatsoever)  at some stage....with the myriad of other gear mixed in at various stages.  Gh is out of the question for now, however I have always had good results with various insulin's.

VL I have always enjoyed reading your posts on multiple forums and enjoy our odd exchange here and there but I do not wish to bring the matter of the past up, not primarily so for my sake....but I see no reason dragging up old stories that will not advance anyones mental aptitude.

LOL, you have restraint, I'll give you that ;)

OK, then, to finish, lets muse over a pretty neutral area, that being: would you agree that Borresens 'jedi wank clan' are full of shit when they claim he invented short cycles/SHICs?

The way sandra used to bang on, one could be forgiven for thinking Borresen shat novel ideas.

What say you?

Thank you sir, the restraint is something one is acquiring with age and profession I feel...furthermore being on the receiving end of your fact laden, insult packed reposts is something i will leave to those of lesser intellect (you know who you are you tubby twats)  LOL

The question of who 'invented' the short cycle is something i looked into a long time ago and so cannot pass viable comment at this moment in time, until one has refreshed ones mind.  However like all, dare i say it, ground breaking theories that rise to the top of the proverbial melting pot many take the glory.

Just off the top of my shaved head (freshly done, and a sterling job if i do say so myself) I can recall; Borresson (obivously, duh LOL), Montana, Roberts and i think I stumbled across something once by a chap, by the name of Spellwyn?

All the above and probably Mr Duchanie claimed bragging rights to the thesis?

Who in your opinion is responsible....I shall brush up on my research on the 'morro and we can conclude..

lol, close.

Borresen et al basically ripped off the work of Roberts.

Bill always conceded his work on short cycles was due in no small part to a guy whom he credited with being the first to develop the idea; I think his name was aleks something or other ;) ... heard of him?

you can be sure as fuck that sandra hasnt LOL

Duchaine fits the bill, but tbh I dont know if thats who you mean simply because Dan never really claimed to be a physical specimen etc.

The guy I recall who was a right wanker - and got caught out bigtime after he ran his interview with UK guru Paul '4000mg per day' Borresen - was that cunt fuck Nelson Montanna Bruce Kneller.

Fixed. I thought it was pretty well known that BK had about 3 different pen names over there?

Kneller was Brock Strasser at T-mag; also GAC and Red Star China ;)

Montana was still a cunt

I believe the "guy" I was referring to is tim patterson, one of TC's t-mag colleagues... though a quick google search didn't turn up his infamous photo from that article I was alluding to.  good times  ;D

I thought he was both? Either way...I just laugh knowing that the "hardcore" area he lived in is one of the nicest communities IN THE STATE. LOTS of money there. Lots of Colts and Pacers as well.

Epic change of subject there 'TOM' LOLz.

But 'VL' forgot one thing, the split when 'Chemical-warfare' morphed into Bio-Hazard & 'CNP'.
Paul managed to fuck off Kerry.K & the his crew from Manchester enough that he got a broken back, from (coughing) falling out of a - HIGH - window.

Don't believe every-thing you hear about 'Paul' from a mutual friend of ours, with all due respect 'Tom' I like you, you are good lad.
But there are 5 sides to every story bro  ;)
