We have a huge rally on April 25th, 2009 in White Plains. I need some help on a sign. My choices so far have come down to this:

1. "Politicians are the Real Pirates"

2. "I am not your Personal ATM"

3. Give me Liberty, Not Debt"

4. "Cut Wasteful Spending - Not My Paycheck"

ANY IDEAS?

I Support Bailout Tax

This Years Taxation Brought To You By AIG (or whoever)

how about "If Mccain had won, I'd be scoffing at the libs protesting the continuation of the bush economic plan. But since 54% of my fellow americans voted in the other guy, I'm upset and using this opportunity to copycat a holiday designed by rich guys over at FOX."

In our county, everything has been tried. Westchester County is THE HIGHEST TAXED COUNTY IN THE NATION right now.

They simply dont listen. Its all benefits, perks, etc that they are strealing. Its crazy.

I was born and grew up in the Bronx. Now I live on the border of the Bronx, and Yonkers. Technically, its considered Westchester County.

I bet if a group of you got together, crunched the numbers and presented a revised budget to your local newspapers, news agencies, alderman, councilman, state representatives and congressmen, you would be taken seriously and your argument would hold weight.

Going to a pseudo-party and making a dopey one liner on a sign then pretending you are making any kind of progress when you have not even figured out what you are exactly bitching about, is rather futile.

We have City/Town Govt., County Govt, and State Govt.

There is a huge move to end the County level of govt the way Fairfield County does it in CT. Other proposals are to merge three of the counties Westchester, Putnam and Rockland.

Are you that stupid? Do you have no common sense? People start protesting 3 months after the BLACK PRESIDENT takes office? They are protesting things that have been implemented the past 8 years and nobody said 1 word? He signs the biggest tax cut for the middle class in AMERICAN HISTORY, yet 99% of the crowds are benefiting directly from his tax cut and they are still hammering him??? People have signs calling him a Monkey, socialist, marxist, Hitler?? They just cant call him a N____R. The tea party in Westchester HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH OBAMA!

Its about local taxes and us being designated the highest taxed county in the nation.

go research annual tax day tea parties you goon and educate yourself these things take place every year pretty much they are much bigger this year due to the situation, and not a black president you dumb ass.

At least this weekend, almost everyone i know is showing up due to property taxes and local taxes, not Obama, although i wish it were.
