lets see ,,i train with and trained jamaican sprinters and lifters,,i train in many gyms it has nothign to do with the subject at hand,,,even 200 at 10% most fellas can only get after using hormones ,,doesnt mean big ass cycles ,,just a kick start into new size,,you are talking 5'10 5'11 height,,if you truly knew what 9-10% body fat at 5'10 look like,,youd know that naturally at 200lb it is very hard to achieve PERIOD,,very very few will be able to be 5'10 true 10% with out doping in hormones ,,there will be some who wil lbe able to do it and be 9-10% 200lb at 5'10 naturally but they will not be jamaican ,,more of eastern europian nature,,czeck republic and some americans etc

dont argue with me ,,big diff between 190 8-10% and 200+ 8-10% ,, those 10 pounds are almost immposible to gain naturally

strict barbell shoulder rpesses, behind back shrugs, arnold presses s/s side laterals and then DB shrigs. good workout

80kg shoulder presses from clavicle to lockout. 250lb behind back shrugs 85lb arnold presses and 120lb DB shrugs. was going for reps today

what about you?

i just train HARD.. and  i know how to train...
because i was always will to ask and read.....
8 yrs hard training doing things other guys dont wanna do deads squats chins...
ots of big guys love to show off on pulldowns.. but cant even do 5 chins for me i call that a bitch movement and would do it last.... i make sure to chin chin chin up to 3 seperate times in a worout.. before i even look at pulldowns
same as loads of guys.. will load up hammer  strenght rows to impress people ..
before i would even loomk at that i would have done deads up to sex wheels on a good day rows with 315... t bar rows with up to 9 plates... and one arm dumbell rows and Chins
i do the stuff people dont want to try because it hurts and its hard....
so its not about being a genetic freak  at all

i am not really strong on shoulders...
i did 
military presses up to 225 for 8
one arm side laterals up to 60's
sper set with 2 arm larerals

then snatch press
1 plate 15 reps
plate and a half 10 reps
225 for one rep
then
shrugs  up to 405 for 10

. for tris i kept ot moderate pressdowns
skull crushers with the olympic bar and one plate 45 lbs
10 reps skulls then 10 rpe close grips
then ihit the outer head with rope... andkickbacks a variation i came up with

look sgood fun i may incorporate sumthing liek that in my next tricep workout buddy!

most i ever done on standing press is 220lbsx5

missed a 264lb press other week which kinda sucked. was seriouly detrained and tris were a bit weaker. id smoke it now

so its from the ground to the clvicles press
then from lockout to the clavicles then ground

There are things the human body will simply not do without chemical assistance. One of these things is to retain large amounts of muscle mass at extremely low bodyfat.

The body will cannibalize practically all your muscle mass before it let's the last of the fat reserves go.  This is a fact of human physiology. That's why nattys are usually either carrying a lot of mass or extremely well conditioned but pretty tiny. A lot of the old school musclemen didn't even have visible abs. This guy has claimed 20'5 inch arms , pumped, at 4% bodyfat ..hahahaha, and people wonder why he gets questioned by the guys with a bit of experience and knowledge.

Not only that, Meso78 is also the guy who insisted that Aquilles was natural and everyone was just hatin on a black man ::)
