Dry vs wet

I see people talking about having a "wet" look and a "dry" look. What exactly does this mean or look like ?

Never heard the term "wet" look,but my guess is that you are referring to a person that is holding water onstage as opposed to looking dry onstage where a person has sucessfully dropped (shed) his water,making his muscles look harder onstage.
