290 -300 Bench (I don't flat bench anymore so I am estimating)
These are all singles. I haven't done any max lifts in a few years so they are probably higher...but it doesn't matter. I would assume I am among the weakest here considering most here are monsters.
I'm 5'8" 170-180 lbs...depending on the time of year.
