I like this question, but what criteria are you looking for. For instance I don't even work out legs, but have a somewhat respectable bench. But my legs i'm sure are still stronger than a lot twinks on getbig. I do deadlifts.

Just write out what you lift. Getbig collectivism will ensure good criterias as data emerges.

I'm pretty weak but this has more to do with trying to move weights using jedi tactics.

Are you kidding me..those were record lifts for me...my average is much worse and besides...most getbiggers can bench well over 100kg...I can't even get one rep...

420lbs Deadlift
405lbs Squat
290 -300 Bench (I don't flat bench anymore so I am estimating)

These are all singles. I haven't done any max lifts in a few years so they are probably higher...but it doesn't matter. I would assume I am among the weakest here considering most here are monsters.

I'm 5'8" 170-180 lbs...depending on the time of year.
