Pound for pound I'd like to think I'm the weakest. 6'1" 180 lbs -- solid. 8 reps over head dumbell presses 30 lbs -- strict. Incline dumbell fly/press (not quite a fly, not quite a press) 8 reps 25lbs -- full stretch. Leg extensions -- 15 reps 50 lbs -- slight pause at the top. Smith squat -- 15 reps 135lbs -- ass to ankles.

These are all taken to failure. 250 grams of protein per day minimum. Training consistently for over 20 years.

Still looking for a girl to train with that I'm able to keep up with.
