I have been doing that but being at mid 20's bf% it will obviously take a while to get off. But I am slowly getting there.

Average day 1500-1800 cals lots of green veg, chicken, fish, protein shakes, fruit sometimes before workout, basically low carb...

use oats a little in the morning and either oats ,little brown rice or sweet potato befor woprkout

That's common knowledge, has nothing to do with "adonis". Or can you provide reference to scientific studies that show a difference in body composition with different GI foods given the mentioned restrictions of rate of weight loss and high protein?

All serious studies I have seen show that for weight loss, the only essential rule is a caloric deficit. For fat loss (preserving muscle), enough protein and anaerobic training must be added.
