my point is what the fuck are neocons and neoconservative supporters doing still on the air as though they are important opinions for conservatives.  You all should have dumped that shit since they are the ones that royally fucked you in the ass.  Yet I often see the same group of clowns who were strong supporters of neoconservatism spouting what's good for conservatives.  Now there were voices during the bush years, conservative voices who were railing against these guys.  I would think there would be some demand to tell these neocons to shut their fucking mouths and to support the conservative voices.  I'm not litterally talking about a petition, but more of a concerted effort to tell the media who you want to hear on the direction of conservatism and obviously who you don't want to hear which I would think would be the assclowns who fucked conservatives.  I'm not specifically naming only frum and kristol but they're two big ones.  hannity is huge, he was licking neocon ass for the entire time and totally gaffed off conservative voices.  On Nov 5 he along with others scrambled to reinvent themselves like they had always been conservatives.  AND THE PATHETIC THING IS IDIOTS BOUGHT IT!  This has absolutely nothing to do with Olbermann or anyone on the left.  This thread was never intended to be a left vs. right bullshit thing.  I know it's easy to say, yea Olbermann   That's NOT what this thread is about.

To petition the media to check those with obviously lost credibility, those that were hardcore neocons like David Frum who now push their values as true conservatives and still receive their daily voice like nothing ever happened?  I know everyone deserves to have their voice in America and this is not to take that away, I'm just questioning at what point does a group of individuals lose their cred entirely to be heard on the national level and be admonished down a notch.  This guy Frum was Neocon vocal number 1 and now in the matter of a few months he's right there at his same old game with the new banner of "true conservative"  Is there no payback?  Is there no price to pay for being so wrong?  This has nothing to do with Obama so don't take it there.  I expect the dems and their supporters including me to pay a price for support we made if it turns out bad, we already do to a point.  Why are people like Frum paying no price for neoconservatism?  They're just going on to create their new persona with no blowback?  Really?

No, I would not support a petition to discourage what anyone had to say, unless of course it directly orders violence towards an individual or groups.  If someone were to get hurt or killed over what someone said in an opinion piece, than so be it.  We live in a Free Society.  Can't have it both ways.  Open speech, or restricted speech.  There's no cherry pickin' here.  Bill Maher expressedly stated the above, but then said the opposite about those that turned up for the Tea Party rallies, stating that such activity was dangerous and perhaps should be looked at.  People may chime they love free speech, but are quick to quell any dissenting opinions that don't cross their own ideologies.

Besides, Neocons are the like the funny, alcoholic uncle that shows up on holidays.  Sure, he's loud and stupid, but he's gonna be invited back again and again 'cause he's a well-liked guy.

Don't watch...email...u can already do this, and people already do. But based on ratings, these people aren't going away. i would say that douchbags like Obermann and Maddow could be gone, based on lack of viewership. If people didn't respond to the Huff Post or Daily Kos they'd be gone. I might not like them, but those sites do well. Fox does well. There is an audience for it.
