this fella physiqe is ALL HGH and testosterone ,,he is relying on gh like a house is relaying on a good basment as a foundation,,

you take the gh from richard johns and he goes back to 170lb on a good wet day and not anything to write home about bodyfat%

you wanted example of all gh physiqe as in gh as a base ,,,here you have it black on white,,,this physiqe ,,he pulls it well too

As far as I know, he's always admitted to relying on aas, gh, slin himself, said himself included, would never be (x lbs / x bf %) onstage, unless on stuff
