did you listen to the video meso?

what makes a exercise difficult? because its traditionally considered "hardcore" ?   or because of the actual effort put into the exercise?

AXA - is it necessary to yell and grunt and scream and make faces in order to be pushing with full intensity ?

yes, and it is necessary to have a training partner like Leroy scream "SQUEEZE DIESEL MAN!!!!!  >:( "

To be fair, I HATE back machines. I can't breathe when I am on them.

Nothing worse then trying to hold in a shit on back day. Virtually impossible if you are using those machines that push against your stomach as you pull the weight.

I think today guys rely more on their combination of drugs for muscle gains rather than workouts

how is it sissy? they lookoed to be putting in quite a bit of effort. would it have been hard trainign if they, instead of the workout they did do, just did 5 sets deads, 5 sets bb rows, and 10 sets chins?  what if they did that workoiut, but with less effort than the "all machine sissy" workout? would the machine workout still be more sissy than the workout with "hardcore exercises"?

shouldnt the measure of a workout be the effort put into it, and thr growth resulting from it...... rather than if it does or does not meet traditional standards of "hardcore exercises" ?

Hyperplasia > The traidtional Hypertrophy model

I haven't stepped foot in a gym for 5 weeks

I am larger and leaner than I've ever been with way more vascularity and fullness

It's all about pumping the muscle full of blood many times per week.

you are 100% correct because he would have to put 1000 times more effort into doing a real back session..with chins deads and real rows it seems all bbers in these days do is put effort into is drugs or whatever they do gurus.. and eating... 10 meals a day...
what yates coleman arnold... did was REAL training.... and also they loved training...
not loved looking for shorcuts around training.. when u watch bbing vids your supposed to be inspired.... NOTHING about that inspired me were you inspired tbombz did that make you want to rush out and do back?

did it inspire me to go train? well i dont know, im always eager to get in the gym...

ill tell you what, since the first day i started lifting, ive always felt that a muscle contraction from any one exercise was equal to a muscle contratiopn fro any other exercise. squats are always touted as best for legs...but you know what.. hack squats are best for me. i never ever do barbell squats. i rarely ever do deadlift or bb rows, but i love smith machine bb rows and seated cable rows and hammer grip chins and straight arm pulldowns....etc...     i love to train.... but i dont do the "hardcore exercises"...because they dont work very well for me...squats are all lower back... deads dont do shit for my back even if i pull 5 plates... barbell rows are all biceps... so i like to do hacks squats and smuth mahcine rows and rack deads and cable rows and machines of all types too....      i train with everything i have in me...why? because i love to train and to lift and to get pumped and and to grow..

do you know what hyperplasia is?

I think you have confused it for sarcoplasmic hypertrophy.

I guess when someone says an amateur is HUGE i think of a Zack Khan type....these dudes are big dudes but not  "holy shit" big.

Hey tbombz  why is it that you are pro -Kuclo but you rag on Cenotpani?  He owns that dude and they have been around about the same amount of time.

if anything i heard about Kuclo first

how many more pounds to lose?

On my way. Went to the pool last weekend but definitely wasn't satisfied. I'm solidly under 190 right now. Next step is to get into the 170's within a couple weeks. I am hitting up the jersey shore memorial (or is it labor) day in late may so I need to be ready for that.
