Fair enough. Sure I don't kill myself at the gym but I do work reasonably hard. If nature had intended for me to be a huge strong guy I would have become that the last few years, but I didn't. It's not rocket science. I am not complaining either, just stating facts. Anyway.
Get outta the gym and stop with the weights.
Stick to pressups and bodyweight stuff and some cardio
Only eat dark green veggies.
Some guys just don't respond to heavy weights
