He did omit that lol and I liked how he even refused to mentioned Shawn Ray's name in the implant situation

I thought you would be more aware that he didn't even mention Dorian's name when going into the 1998 Mr.O, all he said was 'The previous champion had retired'.

When he tried to push the book in MM a few months previous, he did say that the car jacking incident would be in it.

It's natural to take what Flex Wheeler and the book say with a grain of salt.

Is this a joke?  I don't know what is more unbelievable:

A) the idea that Flex actually wrote a book
B) that any publisher thought there was an audience for a Flex authored book
C) that anyone bought/read the book
D) that anyone here thinks any claim in the book is worth talking about

;D

too late  :D

I was 31 years old, 300 pounds, and 5'10" tall. My biceps measured 22 3/4" , my chest measurements hovered around 50" , my calves were 22" around, and my quads were 32".

sounds about right  :-X

He said in MD he never got his quads to 30", so why would he type this cr@p?

flex was never 300 pounds.
He never ate a WHOLE pizza neither.....or rode a motor bike down the hill hahahahahahahaha   or and his sister never owned a gun.    Instead of abusing diuretics he SHOULD have been taking laxatives to rid himself from all the shitt he was full of.  Nice physique though!!!!

Hell, it's Kuwait, one dinar ($3.20) is a drop in the bucket for them. That's like Mcdonald's having a .25 Menu instead of the dollar menu.

And the appraoching then, that probalby the reason, why he is "lazy" at that time, can't get any work done if people keep talking to you.
