LMAO you told me he lied to himself  no maybe he was thinking better for different reasons it happens , Ronnie said he was better in 1999 than 1998 and after reflecting on his career he said he was better in 1998 because his conditioning was better it doesn't mean he was lying to himself , there may have been things he liked better from one year to the next but when stepped back from the situation he can put things into prospective .

What's funny is the experts concur about 1998  which is exactly why 1999 is NOT considered his peak showing by ANYONE over the span of his whole career

2001 he was 247 pounds and it's considered his prime showing , if as you say he was just as conditioned as he was in 01 with 10 more pounds and more fullness this would be his prime showing and it's not lol something you still can't prove
